While you may never make the trips to some of the locations described in the book you will however be able to recreate the experience in your own home for the pleasure of your family and friends. This past weekend I had a dinner party and served the warm lobster salad as an entrée and Mrs. Chan's warm chocolate cake. Both were a tremendous hit with everyone asking for seconds. Thank You Annie
