Chef Chu's Distinctive Cuisine of China ReviewThis is a very good food textbook, simple, clear, easy, no gimmicky or outrageous and so-called innovative modern Chinese nouvelle cuisine, such as those made up in "Susanna Foo Chinese Cuisine." The other one that I found as authentic as it is "Mrs. Chiang's Szechwan Cookbook" by Ellen Schrecker and her husband.
